Shipping and Return Policy

SHIPPING
Items are shipped via US Priority Mail with tracking information within 3 business days of payment receipt during standard times baring any natural disasters, hurricanes and pandemics, etc. Peak shipping times includes major holidays where items ship within 3 to 8 days. We do our best to expedite orders as soon as possible and will contact you of any potential delays. Contact us for additional options and fees, if you require immediate expedition of your order. Allow up to 2 weeks for delivery on original artwork.

RETURNS

Customer satisfaction is our reputation for quality and excellent value. All Sales are FinalExchanges or 30-day store credit may be issued only if items arrived damaged due to manufacturing defect. You must ""CONTACT US" within 7 days of package receipt date to report item damage. All items are inspected prior to shipping.  Domestic return package will receive up to $3 shipping reimbursement if we determine damage is due to manufacturing defect. A RMA number is needed to return items. ALL returns must have a RMA number before shipping return to Pledged and Pinned.  Call us within 7 days of receiving item to obtain a RMA number. One RMA will be issued per transaction. In the return package include a copy of your invoice. Also include the RMA# in the return addressing to us. Returned item must be received by us within 7 days of issuance of RMA number to be eligible for exchange or store credit.

All 
items returned must have original tag  and packaging. If the item has already been opened or tagged for resell, shows signs of wear, including snags, tears, stains, or perfume scent, then no credit or exchange will be issued. Store credit will be issued for the amount of the retail item only. Store credit will not include original shipping and surcharge fees. Returned items are shipped to us at the Buyer's expense. Pledged and Pinned is not responsible for returned items shipped and not delivered to us. Upon receipt of returned item, please allow 7 to 10 business days for  processing timeUpon completion, you will be contacted if your return has been approved for exchange or credit. Approved credits and exchanges issued are valid for not more than 30 consecutive days beginning at the date of credit issuance. Exchange and/or credit will be issued at  the valued of the retail item only. Exchanges and/or credit value will not include shipping and surcharge fees for the returned item.

Special order items are not returnablerefundable, exchangeable or eligible for store credit. Any refused shipment by the buyer, and/or an undeliverable address on items sent back to us will be subject to the 20% restocking fee plus return shipping fee. No return for all international orders. International Customers are fully responsible for any additional fees imposed by customs, including any tariffs and duties. We reserve the right to update the Return and Shipping Policy without advance notice.
